EDS Kiev

Our looooong car trip to EDS in Kiev, Ukraine, was very successful and I would love to share our results with you. Evita and Izzy were entered for all three shows and could both finish their Ukrainian Champion title, Evita could even finish her Grand Ukrainian Champion as she won the class every day and was BEST OF OPPOSITE SEX on the last day! Quite the icing on the cake 🙂 Happy us!

Welcome Senorita!

I am very happy to welcome another teammember: Miss Senorita (Black Majesty Get Off Of My Cloud) joined us for some time! She had been shown successfully in Russia by Tatiana Zaderenko before, had a fabulous litter with our dear Izzy in spring 2017 and now is ready to hit the rings again!

This is another unique opportunity as Senya was always a favourite of mine, as for me she is a real Petit type all over. How could she not be, with a mother coming directly from France. At her first show with me she immediately started to win the class and 2nd best bitch behind her half-sis Evita at CAC Knin. I am very excited what the future holds for us! Senya is owned & bred by Iva Raic.

CIB, CIE, champion titles & more

This year we decided to go to Montenegro – which is a very beautiful country!! Again I entered my winning duo, Izzy and Evita and they did not let us down. I think I will not have to state how proud and happy I am when you see the following list of achievements:

Evita – Black Majesty Griotte

  • BEST OF GROUP – making her a Multi group winner!
  • 2x Best Of Breed – the CACIB win made her being an Int Ch, both CIB & CIE
  • New Montenegro Champion & Grand Champion
  • New Adriatic, Balkan & Mediterranen Champion

Izzy – Black Majesty Hollywood

  • 2x Best Of Opposite Sex to his halfsis Evita
  • 2x CACIB
  • New Montenegro Champion & Grand Champion
  • New Adriatic, Balkan & Mediterranen Champion

Again a double!

Oberwart Int. show was the first show I entered two Petits, namely Evita and Izzy. I was a bit nervous, because I never showed two of my own dogs in the same breed. But after all there was absolutely nothing to be nervous about, only time to prepare took a bit longer than usual.

After a long break, since Crufts 2017, Evita – JrBISS JrBIS BBIS JCh Ch Black Majesty Griotte –  was finally entered again. It felt like an eternity for me as she is my most favorite dog to show. She was entered in working class as she needs to gain 2 CACs from working class to become Austrian Champion. She did this without any troubles, also won the CACIB, best bitch & best of breed. Later in the mainring she was chosen as BEST OF GROUP 3!

Izzy – Multi Ch Int Ch Black Majesty Hollywood – again showed wonderfully as well and was chosen as best dog and best of opposite sex to his beautiful halfsis Evita. I am really proud on these two, took it all at their first show together! Can’t wait for our next time altogether in the ring!

Izzy does the double!!

Whaaaaaaaaat did just happen? Izzy was entered at CACIB Klagenfurt both days, 3000+ entries and did the double. Not only did he win the breed twice under Mr. Erwin Deutscher (A) and Mr. Niksa Lemo (CRO) with incredible critiques, but also he went on to BEST OF GROUP BOTH DAYS (judges were Mr. Kostadin Chankov, BUL & Mrs Heliane Maissen-Jarisch, A).

This little fellow is on fire for sure and we can’t wait for our next shows together 😀

Welcome Izzy!

Time to officially welcome our **NEW FAMILY MEMBER**!

Izzy’s – Int Aust Fi Cro Ch Black Majesty Hollywood – first outing with me at CACIB Wieselburg was very successful by going BEST OF BREED under breed specialist Hana Ahrens. This was his first show with me and his first win, I could not be any prouder. Izzy showed his heart for me, especially in the group ring. I can’t wait what the future holds for him!

Evita at Crufts!

Showing Evita at Crufts was a dream come true for me as this was a debut for both of us! I have visited CRUFTS several times before but I never showed there except for competing in int. Juniorhandling. This year I finally had a dog that was ready for it. After a long trip there, we had one day to relax and get ready.

Early in the morning we started to Crufts. Hounds were on on Thursday and I was very excited as my girl was entered in the class with the highest entry and probably in the class with the highest quality, namely open class bitches. As always Evita was a joy to show and probably was the only one bouncing around like crazy when it was not her turn. She made me very proud by being shortlisted, especially because she was the youngest one competing in this class, not even being 2 years of age. It was an unbelievable experience for sure & I could not be happier with how this day went down! <3 Thanks Evita, you are a true beauty and together we made a lot of memories already <3

#1 PBGV in Austria!

Now that the lists have been published it is finally official: EVITA IS THE NUMBER ONE PETIT in Austria for 2016! This year has been fabulous for our girl with the sweetest temper and we could not be prouder.

To summarize the year a bit, I think we should start at her first show in Brno (the biggest show in CZ) where she won the breed over champions and Crufts BOB winning dogs with only 9 months of age. But she did not stop and moved on to Junior Best in Group. From this show on Evita did not stop to amaze us anymore. She won Best Of Breed nearly everywhere. She was placed in every group she participated in Austria, she was  chosen as Junior Best of Group multiple times, one time Junior Best in Show 3 (+2000 dogs) and Junior Best in Show Specialty. Also she could win the group twice this year, still being younger than 18 months. Continue reading

What did just happen? Tulln…

Our dear Evita was only entered one day in Tulln, namely Sunday, which was the Bundessieger show. We were all very much looking forward to this show as Sunday’s judge was Iva Cernohubova (CZ), a breed specialist! Evita entered the ring as the last dog this day and showed herself beautifully – she got lovely critiques and finished off with one more Best of Breed and a new title to her name “Bundessiegerin 2016”! Of course we waited for the groups and were quite surprised with how many breeds actually stayed. It was a huge line-up in group 6, probably the biggest line up I have ever competed in at a “normal” CACIB show. The groupjudge Sigrid Jarmer (A) chose Evita as her BEST OF GROUP WINNER! It is already the second time she won the group, both times at an international all-breed show, and is not yet 1,5 years old. We are beyond proud!!

Weidmannsheil!

Weidmannsheil to Evita – Black Majesty Griotte – who can call herself a WORKING DOG now! She passed the hunting & bloodtracking exam (natural ability test) today and we are extremely happy! This is already the second natural ability test she passed, as in February she took part in this exam in Croatia too, where there are different exercises than in Austria.
